One of the things I love about Guam is the kindness of people who drop off the fruits of the land for me to use in my cooking. These are local fruits and veggies that have been given to me in the last few days. The papaya I slice and sprinkle whatever lemon I have on hand. The pepino I eat very simply. What about the kondot and the kalamasa? Anyone out there have any ideas how I can cook them? Let me know.
